PAIA Manual
This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by a private body that is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

Records held by Parthenius Air
Parthenius Air holds records in the following categories:

- Certificate of incorporation and memorandum of incorporation
- Shareholder registers and resolutions

- SACAA licensing documentation and flight records
- PSIRA registration records

How to request access to records
A request for access to records held by Parthenius Air must be made in writing using the prescribed Form C, available from the South African Human Rights Commission website.
Requests must be submitted to the Information Officer at the contact details above, and must include:
- The requestor's full name and contact details
- A description of the records requested
- The form in which access is required
- The right the requestor is seeking to exercise or protect
- An explanation of why the records are required
The prescribed request fee of R140 is payable upon submission, with a further access fee payable upon granting of access, as prescribed under the PAIA Regulations.
Grounds for refusal
Parthenius Air may refuse a request for access to records on the grounds set out in PAIA, including where disclosure would:
- Unreasonably disclose the personal information of a third party
- Reveal trade secrets or commercially sensitive information
- Breach client confidentiality obligations
- Prejudice the safety of individuals or the security of operational deployments
- Be protected by legal professional privilege
