Blindspot Audit
Site Threat Fingerprint
Zerathis Deployment
Step 01 — Entry Phase

Blindspot
Audit

Before we can protect your site, we have to see it the way your adversary does. The Blindspot Audit establishes that picture.

Duration 30 Days
Output Site Threat Fingerprint
Commitment Entry only — not full platform
On-site requirement Day 01 walk + periodic check-ins
// What it is

We map what your
adversary already
knows about you.

Every security operation has a pattern. Patrol routes. Response times. Shift changes. Camera blind spots. Over days and weeks, a patient adversary observes and records these patterns — building a mental model of your operation before they act.

The Blindspot Audit is a structured assessment of how learnable your current security posture is. We walk your site, analyse your response pattern, and measure the size of the observation window your adversary can exploit.

The findings aren't comfortable. But they're always actionable — and they become the foundation for everything that follows.

30-Day Timeline Entry Phase — 30 Days
Day 01
Operational Walk & Intake
Initial site walk with your security lead. We document existing infrastructure, response protocols, and observation access points.
Day 07
Response Pattern Captured
One week of passive operational observation. We record what a patient adversary would record — patrol timing, response variance, coverage gaps.
Day 14
First Learnability Assessment
Preliminary scoring of your site's learnability index. Initial briefing with your security decision-maker on early findings.
Day 30
Site Threat Fingerprint Delivered
Full written assessment delivered. Seven-section report with actionable recommendations and a platform deployment proposal if warranted.
// What you receive
Primary Output
Site Threat Fingerprint
A seven-section written intelligence assessment. What the adversary can observe, what they have likely mapped, and where your operation is most predictable.
Metric
Current Learnability Score
A 0–100 index of how easily your current security pattern can be learned by a patient adversary. Scored against sector benchmarks.
Assessment
Adversarial Stage Assessment
Where on the MAP scale your adversary currently sits — from initial surveillance through confidence-testing to planned action.
Actionable
Immediate Variance Recommendations
Specific changes you can make to your current operation before any platform deployment — reducing your learnability index immediately.
What to expect
01
One Day-01 Site Visit
We require a full-day site walk on Day 01 with your security lead or operations manager. This is the intake session — nothing can substitute for direct operational observation.
02
Uncomfortable Findings
The audit will surface things your current team may not have identified, or may have chosen not to escalate. We present them clearly and without judgment — then we help you act on them.
03
A Decision Point at Day 30
The Fingerprint report will include a platform deployment proposal where warranted. You are under no obligation to proceed. The audit stands alone as a deliverable.
NOTE

The audit is not a sales process. It exists because we will not deploy the Zerathis Blindspot™ platform on a site we haven't audited — and because the findings are valuable independent of what follows. If the audit concludes that your site does not warrant full platform deployment, we will say so. The goal is certainty, not revenue.
